● Sessions cancelled within 24 hours of appointment time are subject to a $40 cancellation
fee. After two such cancellations a full therapy session fee will be charged.
● No Shows will be subject to the full session amount.
● Please note ICBC does not cover any no-show appointments or appointments cancelled
within 24 hours.
Our telephone system allows you to call or text 24 hours a day, 7 days a week so you can leave
a message if you need to cancel an appointment.

Dr. Joelle Greenaway is a dedicated and board-certified optometrist specializing in vision therapy and rehabilitation, bringing over 13 years of clinical experience to her practice. She also serves as the vice-president of the Canadian Chapter of the Optometrist in Vision Development and Rehabilitation Association.
She is passionate about helping patients of all ages reach their full visual potential. Dr. Greenaway utilizes personalized rehabilitative techniques to treat a wide range of complex visual conditions, and has developed particular expertise in working with brain injury and post-concussion patients, guiding them through recovery and rehabilitation.
